Merry Christmas!!

I have been feverishly working to get my blog caught up. I have so much from this fall yet to post...pictures and more pictures of sweet Dallee. Football pictures for Chase, soccer pictures for Trace, family pictures in search of the perfect Christmas card, Thanksgiving, Trace's 7th birthday, a trip to Vegas, more pictures of Dallee! And so on and so forth. But I can't get it all done yet and so I will step out of order and post a Christmas Wish! I hope to get caught up by the end of the year (I have 1 more week!) hey, it weren't for the last minute I wouldn't get anything done! As my blog serves as my journal, a New Year's resolution is to keep my blog updated! Wish me luck!

High School Swimming 09

Megan excels in the water. She swam with the High School Swim Team this year and qualified for State as a Freshman! That is an accomplishment! Her State qualifying times were 28.27 in the 50 yd Freestyle and 103.32 in the 100 yd Freestyle.

This is her team. She was nominated Female Team Captain for CRHS for next school year!

6 different school teams practice together and have the same coaches. Where in other sports the surrounding high schools in the valley are major rivals...swimming is nice because they all come together and really act more as one team and support and cheer for each other well. Megan was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" out of this group by her coaches this year! Go Megan!!

This picture shows the disappointment we all felt. She had just missed qualifying for State in her 50 Freestyle by 100th of a second! Talk about painful! BUT she got did qualify the next time she swam!!!

I am so pleased with the way all the kids want to hold and take care of Dallee.

Dallee 2.5 weeks, Megan 14 years

Sometimes it is impossible to get all kids home from practice, dinner on and bounce a baby. Thanks heavens for good helpers! Megan is super about taking Dallee and here she is balancing her while doing homework! I love the way Dallee is studying Megan's face.

I really wanted newborn pictures of Dallee for her birth announcements. So much sickness was going on I was paranoid to take Dallee anywhere. For the first 6 weeks we stayed home or in the car and ran everyone around. Because I was afraid to take her somewhere to get her pictures done I did them myself! I was beyond pleased with the results! Now I am no photographer, but when you have such a pretty subject you can get away with alot!

A Beautiful Autumn Day

On this day Charlee and I had finished running errands and had a few minutes until it was time to pick up the kids from school. We went to the park and played. It was glorious! Charlee was so cute, Dallee slept in the car and I had some great one on one time with Charlee, which I realized I had missed terribly bad!
